My Thoughts on Therapy

To me, therapy helps us connect more deeply with ourselves and with others. It offers us a space to reflect on what we’ve been through and where we’re going; who we are and who we're becoming. It’s a journey of self-exploration that helps us to heal, to grow, and come home to ourselves.

That’s the kind of therapy I offer. I’m here to accept you as you are, to be real with you, and to walk with you toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. My presence is warm, calm, and compassionate, and the relationship we build together will be at the heart of everything we do. We will gently untangle the knots that you carry inside you, freeing you to move forward in ways that feel true and right for you. In time, you can look forward to feeling more resilient, more in tune with your feelings, and more at peace with who you are and how you fit into this world.
